Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Lead IT Business Analyst to join our Burlington, NC / Durham, NC team in a hybrid, full-time capacity. You will lead analysis for large-scale technology initiatives, translate complex business needs into clear requirements, and collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree coupled with 8+ years in business analysis, business systems analysis, or related technology solutions.
8+ years leading analysis for enterprise-scale technology implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience partnering with business leaders, product owners, architects, and project teams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis for large-scale technology initiatives including enhancements and system implementations.
Partner with business and IT leadership to define objectives, evaluate options, and recommend approaches.
Elicit requirements via interviews, workshops, and other techniques; translate needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze current processes, data flows, and systems to define future-state solutions and identify gaps.
