Job summary

Sony Electronics Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Sales Planning & Intelligence Analyst to support quarterly sales quota processes for the Customer Engagement Team across North America retail locations.

The role blends data ownership with process improvement, leveraging AI and modern reporting tools to scale analyses and reporting across the organization. Responsibilities include quota analysis, KPI management, data collection streamlining, and training colleagues in analytical reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Advanced Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.
Expert Power BI and Power Query proficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform analysis, modeling, and reporting to support quarterly sales quota and business performance across North America retail network.
Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and automate reporting using AI tools.
Maintain and enhance reporting sources; conduct ad hoc analyses for leadership and cross-functional partners.
