Sony Electronics Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Planning & Intelligence Analyst to support quarterly quotas for the Customer Engagement Team across North America. You will blend data ownership with process improvements, using AI-driven tools to scale analysis and reporting.

The role requires hands-on analytics, training teammates on reporting tools, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Hybrid work is available with on-site requirements in Rancho Bernardo.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.
• Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Power BI and Power Query.

Responsabilités

• Perform analysis, modeling, and reporting to support quarterly sales quota process.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and automate processes with AI-driven tools.
• Maintain and enhance reporting source files and conduct ad hoc analyses as requested.
