Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Sr. Analyst to join the Quota and Capacity Planning team, supporting regional Sales and Strategy through annual quota planning and ongoing changes. You will build data reports and models, and collaborate with Sales Leaders, Strategy, and cross-functional teams.

You will influence quota decisions, optimize existing processes, and drive efficiency across the planning cycle, leveraging your finance and analytics background in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance.
• B.S. in a quantitative discipline.
• Excel power-user with ability to tell a story in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own concurrent data reporting projects and models for regional strategy teams.
• Advise regional teams on impact of go to market decisions on quotas during annual planning.
• Help optimize processes and models within Quota and Capacity Planning.
