Delta Dental of Illinois in Naperville, IL seeks a Senior AVP, Sales & Account Management to lead our sales and account management strategy, drive growth, and build executive-level relationships with brokers and clients. You will guide teams responsible for new business, client retention, and market expansion.

This high-visibility leadership role requires turning strategy into action, inspiring top-performing teams, and delivering measurable results in a competitive benefits marketplace.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, account management, client relations, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and directly related experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales and account management strategy to drive profitable growth, retention, subscriber growth, and market share.
• Coach and develop sales, account management, and sales support leaders and team members.
• Build trusted executive-level relationships with brokers, consultants, general agents, strategic partners, and key clients.
• Use market insight, analytics, forecasting, and client feedback to inform business development, retention, pricing, product, and distribution strategies.
• Represent Delta Dental of Illinois at industry events, broker forums, consultant meetings, chambers, and community organizations.
