Smile Partners USA is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across the Chicagoland market. This role focuses on driving sustainable revenue and EBITDA growth through leadership of Office Managers while maintaining provider relationships and ensuring operational and cultural consistency across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multi-site dental or healthcare operations.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with OSHA, CDC guidelines compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and EBITDA growth across all practices.
• Develop and execute growth plans for provider capacity and patient access.
• Manage Office Managers and regional P&Ls.
• Build provider relationships to support productivity and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and dental board regulations.
