Qualifications

• SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer certification.
• 5+ years of hands-on identity or security engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Experience with APIs, SCIM, and enterprise data flows.
• Demonstrated ability to act as technical owner for a platform or domain.
• Experience developing automation, scripts, or tooling for identity onboarding or migrations.
• Proficiency with version control and structured deployment/release workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical owner for IGA solution delivery and platform execution.
• Ensure engineering solutions align with enterprise architecture and standards.
• Lead implementation of identity lifecycle and governance capabilities.
• Translate regulatory, audit, and risk requirements into technical controls.
• Lead engineering for integrations across HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, and apps.
• Own platform reliability, health, automation, and deployment processes.
• Mentor engineers on implementation standards and operational excellence.
