Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead SailPoint Solutions Engineer to own the design, implementation, and operational sustainment of Identity Governance & Administration across the enterprise, primarily within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

You will partner with the Lead IGA Solutions Architect to translate architecture into scalable, secure IGA solutions and lead integrations, lifecycle workflows, and enforcement of access controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in identity engineering, security engineering, or software solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including lifecycle workflows and integrations.
• Proven experience engineering system and application integrations using APIs, SCIM, and enterprise data flows.
• Demonstrated ability to act as technical owner for a platform or domain and deliver quality outcomes.
• Experience developing automation, scripts, or tooling to support identity onboarding, migrations, or operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical ownership for IGA solution delivery and platform execution.
• Ensure engineering solutions align with enterprise architecture, standards, and reference patterns.
• Lead implementation of identity lifecycle and governance capabilities (joiner/mover/leaver, certifications, RBAC/ABAC).
• Translate regulatory, audit, and risk requirements into technical controls and implementations.
• Lead integrations across HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, and enterprise apps including mapping and monitoring.
• Own platform reliability, automation, deployment, and change management.
• Mentor engineers on implementation standards and operational excellence.
