Job summary

Qualifications

• SailPoint Identity Now Engineer certification is required.
• 5+ years in identity engineering, security engineering, or software delivery.
• Strong hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience.
• Proven ability to engineer system and application integrations via APIs, SCIM, and data flows.
• Automation tooling to support onboarding, migrations, or operations.
• Experience with version control and structured deployment/release workflows.
• Independent problem-solving with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise IGA architecture into reliable, scalable solutions.
• Serve as the engineering lead for IGA platform delivery and operations.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and reference designs.
• Lead implementation of identity lifecycle and governance capabilities.
• Oversee integrations across HR, directories, cloud platforms, and apps.
• Own platform reliability, health, and engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers to improve delivery consistency and maturity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design and roadmap priorities.
