Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead SailPoint Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and sustain Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across the organization, primarily within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The role partners with the Lead IGA Solutions Architect to translate architectural strategy into scalable, secure, and operational IGA implementations.

Qualifications

• SailPoint Identity Now Engineer certification required.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in identity/security engineering or software delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Experience with APIs and SCIM in enterprise data flows.
• Ability to own platform delivery quality and operational outcomes.
• Experience developing automation for identity onboarding/migrations/ops.
• Proficiency with version control and structured deployment workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical owner for IGA solution delivery and platform execution.
• Ensure engineering solutions align with enterprise architecture and standards.
• Lead implementation of identity lifecycle and governance capabilities.
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into technical controls.
• Lead integrations across HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, and apps.
• Own platform reliability, health, automation, and engineering standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align design and roadmap priorities.
• Mentor engineers on implementation standards and operational excellence.
