Job summary

Humana seeks a Lead SailPoint Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and sustain Identity Governance & Administration solutions across the organization, primarily within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

You will translate architectural strategy into scalable, secure IGA implementations and own platform reliability while mentoring engineers and coordinating with HR systems, directories, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on identity engineering, security engineering, or software delivery.
• Strong experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Proven ability to own platform delivery and operational outcomes.
• Experience building automation, scripts, or tooling for onboarding/migrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical owner for IGA solution delivery and platform execution with the Lead IGA Solutions Architect.
• Ensure engineering solutions align with enterprise architecture and reference patterns.
• Lead implementation of identity lifecycle and governance capabilities (joiner/mover/leaver, certifications, access requests, RBAC/ABAC, separation-of-duties).
• Translate regulatory, audit, and risk requirements into technical controls.
• Lead engineering for integrations across HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, and applications (mapping, transformation, monitoring).
• Own platform reliability, health, automation, and engineering standards (deployment, version control, change management).
• Mentor engineers on implementation standards and operational excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on design, delivery, and roadmap priorities.
