Job summary

Qualifications

• SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer certification.
• 5+ years of hands-on identity engineering or security engineering.
• Strong experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Experience engineering system integrations using APIs and SCIM.
• Technical ownership for platform or domain delivery and ops.
• Automation tooling to support onboarding/migrations.
• Experience with version control and release workflows.
• Strong independent problem-solving with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical owner for IGA solution delivery and platform execution.
• Align engineering solutions with enterprise architecture and patterns.
• Lead identity lifecycle and governance implementations (joiner/mover/leaver, certifications, RBAC/ABAC).
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into technical controls.
• Lead integrations across HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, and apps.
• Own platform reliability, health, automation, deployment and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design and roadmap priorities.
• Mentor and coach engineers to improve delivery consistency and maturity.
