Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead SailPoint Solutions Engineer to drive design, implementation, and ongoing operation of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) across the organization, focusing on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

You will partner with the Lead IGA Solutions Architect to translate architecture into scalable, secure, and reliable IGA implementations. You will own platform reliability, deliver technical leadership across delivery and engineering, and mentor engineers to raise

Qualifications

• SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer certification.
• 5+ years of hands-on identity engineering or security engineering experience.
• Strong experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Proven ability to engineer system integrations using APIs, SCIM, and data flows.
• Accountability for delivery quality and operational outcomes as a platform owner.
• Experience developing automation or tooling for identity onboarding or migrations.
• Proficiency with version control and deployment workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead technical owner for IGA solution delivery and platform execution.
• Ensure engineering solutions align with enterprise architecture and standards.
• Lead implementation of identity lifecycle, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, and access governance.
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into technical controls.
• Lead integrations across HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, and enterprise apps.
• Own platform reliability, health, automation, and engineering standards.
