Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking a Lead SailPoint Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and sustain Identity Governance & Administration solutions across the organization, primarily within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

You will serve as the authoritative engineering lead for the IGA platform, translating architecture into reliable, scalable deployments and guiding cross‑functional teams to ensure governance and security at scale.

Qualifications

• SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer
• 5+ years of hands‑on identity engineering or security engineering
• Strong hands‑on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Experience engineering system and application integrations using APIs, SCIM
• Demonstrated ability to act as technical owner for a platform or domain
• Experience developing automation, scripts, or tooling for identity onboarding or migrations
• Proficiency with version control and structured deployment workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead technical ownership for IGA delivery and platform execution.
• Ensure engineering solutions align with enterprise architecture and standards.
• Lead implementation of identity lifecycle and governance capabilities.
• Provide integrations across HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, and apps.
• Mentor engineers on implementation standards and operational excellence.
