Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead SailPoint Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and sustain Identity Governance and Administration solutions across the enterprise, primarily within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

You will translate architectural strategy into scalable IGA implementations and provide technical leadership across delivery and operations. You will own platform reliability, mentor engineers, and drive integrations with HR systems, directories, and cloud apps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on identity security engineering or software delivery.
• Proven experience with SailPoint ISC and identity lifecycle governance.
• Experience integrating with HR systems, directories, and cloud apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical owner for IGA delivery and platform execution in partnership with the Lead IGA Solutions Architect.
• Ensure engineering solutions align with enterprise architecture, standards, and reference patterns.
• Lead identity lifecycle and governance implementations (joiner/mover/leaver, certifications, access requests, RBAC/ABAC).
• Translate regulatory, audit, and risk requirements into technical controls and consistent practices.
• Lead integrations across HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, and enterprise apps.
• Own platform reliability, automation, and deployment/change management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align design, delivery, and roadmap priorities.
• Mentor engineers on implementation standards and operational excellence.
