Job summary

Humana seeks a Lead SailPoint Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and sustain Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across the enterprise, primarily with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). You will translate architecture into scalable, secure, and operable IGA implementations while leading delivery, platform operations, and engineering maturity.

Collaborating with the Lead IGA Solutions Architect, you will own lifecycle automation, access governance, and integrations,

Qualifications

SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer certification.
5+ years in identity engineering, security engineering, or software delivery.
Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Experience with APIs, SCIM, and enterprise data flows.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead technical owner for IGA solution delivery and platform execution.
Ensure engineering solutions align with architecture, standards and patterns.
Lead implementation of identity lifecycle and governance capabilities.
Translate regulatory, audit, and risk requirements into technical controls.
Lead engineering for integrations across HR systems, directories, cloud platforms and apps.
Own platform reliability, health, automation, and deployment practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align design and roadmap priorities.
Mentor engineers on implementation standards and operational excellence.
