Job summary

Mission Critical Group in Idaho seeks a Safety Professional to implement and manage safety policies and programs across the organization, partnering with Safety Managers to foster a safe work environment. The role emphasizes proactive safety leadership and hands-on risk management.

You will coordinate onboarding, deliver safety training, and manage records in LMS/SMS while supporting incident investigations, audits, and regulatory reporting to drive continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, safety and health, or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a safety professional.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs and policies across the organization.
• Lead onboarding and safety training sessions for employees.
• Maintain safety records and regulatory reports in LMS/SMS systems.
• Coordinate incident investigations and support regulatory reporting and KPI tracking.
