Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. seeks a Senior Safety Professional to lead development, implementation and continuous improvement of safety programs across operating environments.

This role provides expert guidance in complex safety deliverables, supports regulatory compliance and mentors junior safety staff. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, implement controls and promote a culture of safety excellence, while staying current on industry best practices and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field is required.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive safety experience including field-based roles.
• Experience in high-risk industries such as construction, energy, or manufacturing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, review and implementation of safety plans, procedures and technical deliverables.
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to junior safety professionals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Participate in and lead high-level safety reviews including operational risk and complex processes.
• Plan and deliver targeted training on safety practices, regulatory updates and hazard mitigation.
• Conduct and document site inspections, hazard assessments and root cause analyses for incidents.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce risks and enhance safety performance.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineering, operations and leadership to integrate safety into all phases of work.
• Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes and emerging technologies in safety management.
