Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to partner with business-line leadership and field personnel in Boise, Idaho. You will lead the development and maintenance of EHS policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote an Incident Free Workplace culture across operations.

You will direct safety programs, audits, and training, mentor site safety staff, and drive continuous improvement with project teams and management to achieve world-class safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in safety, environmental sciences, engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant EHS experience in facility/operational settings.
• Must obtain CSP/CIH/CHMM or OSHA 30/500 within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, compile, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
• Lead safety programs to prevent unsafe conditions, leveraging engineering, industrial hygiene, and health concepts.
• Implement Best Practices / Best Known Methods across the region.
• Oversee Hazardous Waste Management as required by local regulations.
• Manage site-based safety personnel in a matrix organization and provide expert guidance to leadership.
• Coordinate safety training, ensuring OSHA 10/30 requirements per plan.
• Conduct audits, root cause analyses, and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Collaborate with operations management to sustain an Incident Free Workplace.
