Engineering Systems, Inc. (ESi) is seeking a Safety Manager to lead our health and safety program across all locations, balancing compliance, risk, and client expectations while supporting project teams nationwide.

You will provide training to Site Safety Coordinators, drive root-cause analysis, maintain OSHA documentation, and develop corrective actions to prevent incidents, with 30–50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or related field required.
• Progressive occupational health and safety experience, multi-site preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Experience leading safety programs and coaching site coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESi's health and safety program across all locations.
• Provide safety leadership, guidance, and training to leadership and project teams.
• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Review incidents, support root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify PPE needs and coordinate procurement and training.
