The role includes training development, audits, root-cause analysis, incident reviews, and corrective action implementation, with 30–50% travel to sites. A bachelor's in health/safety and 7+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or related field.
• At least 7+ years of progressive occupational health and safety experience, preferably with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience in advising leaders and influencing practical safety decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety training and program development across the firm.
• Balance compliance, risk, client expectations, and business needs in safety leadership.
• Serve as main safety contact for leadership and project teams across locations.
• Provide guidance to Site Safety Coordinators nationwide.
