Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management across sites. You will develop site safety plans and lead ORM processes, coordinating with project teams and clients to ensure compliant risk controls.

Responsibilities include safety training, incident investigation, budget considerations, and ensuring OSHA and contract compliance. A strong foundation in MS Office and SharePoint is required to support program delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting S&H training, regulatory compliance (e.g., 1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1)
• Safety Management Systems knowledge, skill and experience
• ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 3100
• Understanding of culture-building skills
• Trainer Designation – OSHA 500/502 – Safety and Health program
• Willingness to pursue ASP, CSP, CHST certifications
• Previous electrical, construction, industrial, federal and commercial S&H experience

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management across projects
• Develop and implement site safety plans and ORM processes
• Coordinate with GC/owner on site conditions and NCN issues
• Lead safety training programs and technical reporting for projects
• Develop Accident Prevention Programs and training plans
• Review incident reports and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA/DOT)
