Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to support Operations and Safety teams in Nashville. You will lead safety performance, KPIs, and Lean initiatives, interfacing with client counterparts to ensure EHS compliance and process improvements. Travel and 24/7 availability are required as part of the role.

You must have 5+ years in safety leadership with a bachelor’s in a related field. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive pay range of $109,000–$150,000 per year.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Safety Science, Safety Risk Management, Ergonomics or related field (preferred).
5+ years in Safety Management/leadership required.
Experience with OSHA regulations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Regional management of Safety organization across locations.
Lead in developing a safety culture and stakeholder engagement.
Present daily/weekly/monthly safety reports to client leaders and executives.
Drive EHS programs and regulatory compliance in transportation/workplace safety.
