Job summary

Transdev U.S. is hiring a Senior Safety Operations role to enhance safety performance across Operations and Safety teams, coordinating with the Director of Safety and client counterparts.

You will oversee KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory compliance, and lead program implementation for OSHA-related safety improvements. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and ability to drive lean improvements in safety processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in safety-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant Safety Management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Regional Management of Safety organization in assigned locations.
• Directs leadership to build a safety-conscious culture across teams.
• Curate and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to client leaders.
• Lead programs impacting EHS and OSHA compliance in transportation/workplace safety.
• Develop and deploy process improvement techniques and metrics to reduce incidents.
• Diagnose problems and streamline processes to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Mentor peers and influence operational teams toward data-driven decisions.
• Participate in client meetings to differentiate Transdev from competitors.
• Collaborate with HR to reduce workplace incidents.
