Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or related field.
• At least eight years as a dedicated construction safety professional.
• Experience managing large project/multi-project safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage Zero Injury Safety Program initiatives across projects.
• Conduct hazard assessments with project teams during planning and construction.
• Develop safety training and orientation content.
• Oversee safety metrics, OSHA reports, and incident investigations.
• Mentor safety staff and provide professional direction.
