Entergy is seeking a Sr. Manager, Safety to own and drive the safety and occupational health programs across capital projects. You will lead a team, ensure OSHA compliance, and report to leadership with actionable improvements.

Responsibilities include strategic safety initiatives, stakeholder management, and mentorship of junior safety professionals to build bench strength within the function. Onsite role with significant travel expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Master’s preferred.
• CSP/SMS/CIH or equivalent certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manages safety support for capital project assets.
• Ensures work execution complies with OSHA regulations.
• Leads development and improvement of safety/occupational health programs.
• Conducts leadership activities per system policies.
• Leads implementation and validation of safety management components.
• Engages with leadership to drive continuous improvement across Entergy.
• Manages resources and contracts tied to safety programs.
• Mentors and grows safety professionals across the organization.
