Qualifications

• Safety regulations knowledge (construction and general industry).
• Ability to observe and engage with employees and contract partners.
• Investigation/RCA with tools such as TapRoot, Cause Mapping, Fishbone, Five whys, etc.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement safety programs per management system elements.
• Conduct training to ensure rules and expectations are understood.
• Engage with employees and contract partners, providing immediate coaching on safe/unsafe conditions.
• Conduct field/site inspections, document deficiencies, and develop sustainable solutions.
