Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in construction safety with leadership experience.
• OSHA 30, 500/510 outreach credentials expected; CSP/CHST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and administration of Health, Safety and Environmental programs for major or multiple project sites.
• Lead development of advanced site-specific safety orientation programs.
• Evaluate and deliver advanced training based on inspections, audits, and investigations.
• Implement structured audit and inspection programs to ensure compliance.
• Lead or oversee investigation of significant accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Oversee implementation of substance abuse policies.
• Ensure maintenance of first aid facilities and injury management procedures.
• Provide regular updates and analytics to project and corporate leadership.
• Serve as senior CCIP representative when applicable.
• Lead and mentor safety staff, developing team competency and performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
