Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Sr-CP Field Coordinator to oversee field construction, safety, and outages for capital projects in Power Delivery and Capital Projects. The role includes directing contractors, coordinating resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and project standards.

The position requires extensive experience in transmission/distribution fields, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on safety and reliability across Texas facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or related work experience.
• Associate’s degree of higher preferred.
• Field Coordinator II: 5+ years of field transmission/distribution line, substation, construction experience.
• Field Coordinator, Sr: 7+ years of field transmission/distribution line, substation, construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying safety hazards and mitigating them on projects.
• Lead internal and contract crews to perform electrical and mechanical construction tasks.
• Coordinate material orders, equipment staging, and scheduling for outages and work.
• Oversee safety and performance of contractors and company personnel on site.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications.
