You will lead safety governance across concurrent contracts and mentor safety staff on active sites. Minimum qualifications include a 10+ year construction safety background on large projects, strong knowledge of OSHA

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or higher in safety-related field.
• 10+ years of construction safety on large heavy-civil projects.
• Experience with site safety plans and hazard analyses.
• Field safety audits, stop-work authority and corrective actions.
• Root-cause analysis and action-tracking experience.
• Lead and mentor field safety staff on active sites.
• OSHA 29 CFR 1926 knowledge and reporting obligations.
• Experience with high-hazard activities (excavation, shoring, fall protection).
• Familiarity with safety software (Enablon/Intelex/Procore).
• MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Lead program-level safety governance across contracts.
• Review site safety plans and hazard analyses for conformance.
• Audit contractor safety performance in the field.
• Drive corrective actions to closure and prevent repeats.
• Oversee incident investigations and root-cause verification.
• Administer safety requirements in contracts and training tracking.
• Review high-hazard plans and obtain necessary permits.
• Coordinate safety planning across overlapping contractor activities.
• Report leading/lagging indicators to program leadership.
