Job summary

Luster National is seeking experienced Risk Managers to support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs (highways, bridges, transit, airports, water facilities). You’ll run risk management, maintain risk registers, quantify exposure, and set contingencies to present to funding bodies and boards.

The role emphasizes experience from scheduling, estimating, or construction management and involves coordinating risk across third‑party interfaces while supporting program office governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; 10+ years of risk management experience on large, complex heavy‑civil projects.
• Experience running quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses and providing contingency recommendations.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling and cost forecasting; familiarity with risk analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program risk management plan and governance aligned with contracts and funding standards.
• Lead risk identification workshops with staff, designers, and contractors; maintain current risk register with ranked threats.
• Quantify cost and schedule exposure via Monte Carlo simulations and translate results into contingency recommendations.
