Job summary

Luster National, Inc. seeks Construction Managers at multiple levels to support large-scale heavy-civil infrastructure programs across highways, bridges, transit, and airports in California.

You will oversee construction activities, coordinate contractors, enforce safety and quality, and keep work moving in line with project requirements and budgets. This role supports opportunities activated from our talent pool with interviews in advance of upcoming needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience managing large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure projects (>$500M).
• Experience overseeing construction on behalf of an owner or agency and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction-phase leadership from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee field execution to ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes, and contract requirements.
• Monitor schedule, scope, budget, and risk management across multiple task orders.
• Manage submittal, RFI, and change order processes with timely resolution and documentation.
• Conduct field inspections and coordinate with safety and QA teams.
