Job summary

ESi is seeking a Safety Manager to lead our health and safety program across locations. You will build training paths, balance compliance with business realities, and work with leadership to meet client requirements.

You will oversee inspections, incident reviews, and corrective actions, while ensuring OSHA compliance and staff coaching. Expect 30%–50% travel and collaboration with a nationwide team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or related field.
• Certificates/designations in area of expertise are required.
• Experience with multi-site safety programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a practical, sustainable safety training path with Senior Leadership.
• Provide safety leadership balancing compliance, risk, and client expectations.
• Serve as main safety contact for client and firm requirements.
• Coach Site Safety Coordinators nationwide; develop safety practices.
• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping and reporting completion.
• Support incident reviews and root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Identify PPE needs and establish procurement processes across offices.
• Travel 30%–50% to support operations and audits.
