M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee construction project safety, health, and risk management across multiple sites. You will develop site-specific safety plans, lead the ORM process, and collaborate with project teams to implement robust mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, regulatory compliance (OSHA/DOT), and safety training development to support mission-critical facilities and complex infrastructure projects.

Formación

• 8+ years with a high school diploma.
• 6+ years with an Associates Degree.
• 2+ years with a Bachelors Degree.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance knowledge (1910/1926, EM-385 1-1).
• ASP/CSP/CHST certifications pursued or in progress.
• Electrical/construction/federal and commercial S&H experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project safety, health, and risk management.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and ORM processes.
• Coordinate with GC/owner on site conditions and compliance.
• Lead ORM team in reviewing and implementing safety plans.
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare reports.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Assist with safety training programs and documentation.
