Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Safety, Health, and Risk Management across projects. The role involves developing site-specific safety plans, coordinating with GC and owner, and driving ORM processes to ensure regulatory compliance and safe project delivery.

Responsibilities include training program development, incident reporting, and budget oversight, with a focus on OSHA-related standards and comprehensive safety solutions for complex facilities.

Qualifications

• S&H training experience and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Safety management systems knowledge.
• ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 3100 familiarity.
• Willingness to pursue ASP, CSP, CHST designations.
• Experience in electrical/construction/industrial safety environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC and owner on site conditions and NCN compliance.
• Advise project teams on mitigation plans, S&H training, and technical reports.
• Help develop Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs (APP) and training plans.
• Assist with site safety budgets and safe work permits; ensure contract compliance.
• Lead ORM team to develop safety plans based on specs, drawings, and regulations; conduct incident investigations.
