Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management across multiple sites.

The role focuses on implementing site safety plans, coordinating with GC/owner, and driving Incident reporting and compliance with OSHA and DOT standards. The candidate will lead the ORM team, develop project safety plans based on regulations and client requirements, and ensure safety budgets and training programs are effective.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience with a high school diploma in S&H.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC and/or owner on site safety and NCN.
• Participate in meetings to advise mitigation plans and safety training.
• Develop and implement Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs (APP) and training plans.
• Lead ORM team to develop a project safety plan and conduct incident investigations.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT compliance and incident reporting across projects.
