Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health and Risk Management across multiple sites. You will develop site-specific safety plans, lead the ORM team, and coordinate with contractors and owners to implement mitigation and training programs.

The role requires extensive S&H experience, OSHA/DOT knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to ensure regulatory compliance and safe work practices on complex engineering projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a high school diploma
• 6+ years with an Associate Degree
• 2+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance expertise
• Willingness to pursue ASP/CSP/CHST
• Experience in electrical/construction/industrial S&H environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health & Risk Management on multiple projects.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans.
• Lead ORM team in reviewing and shaping project safety strategies.
• Coordinate with GC/owner on site conditions and NCNs.
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and related regulations.
• Utilize MS Office and SharePoint for documentation.
