Zusammenfassung

Technical Safety Services LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Safety & Facilities to own our safety programs and facilities functions across multiple locations. The role focuses on translating regulatory requirements into field-proof programs and driving safer operations while managing facilities costs.

You will lead program development, data analysis, training, site visits, and day-to-day problem-solving. Travel to company facilities and field locations is required; this is a fully remote position

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety or related field.
• 7+ years of safety/EHS experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA and multi-state regulations.
• Experience managing workers’ compensation claims and safety training.
• Strong incident investigation and safety program development skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel to facilities and sites.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and policies.
• Oversee safety and facilities inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and track key safety metrics.
• Deliver safety training, orientation, and recertification programs.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation processes and safety improvements.
• Manage facilities budgets, maintenance schedules, and space planning.
