Job summary

MBCEA, limited is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to oversee health and safety programs across the company under the Director of Safety. You will ensure regulatory compliance and serve as the subject matter expert on occupational safety matters, driving the strategic vision for safety.

Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and communicating safety policies, conducting inspections and incident investigations, training staff, and building a best-in-class safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field (strongly preferred).
• 7.5 years of construction safety experience.
• Experience overseeing large commercial/industrial projects.
• Experience with federal, state, and local safety laws.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety as the utmost importance and promote a culture of safety.
• Lead development and articulation of safety vision, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and investigate incidents.
• Provide safety training and build a best-in-class safety organization.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and safety staff.
