Job summary

MBI is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead site-level environmental, health, safety, workers’ compensation, and security programs across assigned locations. You will guide leaders and employees through compliance expectations, investigations, analysis, corrective action tracking, education, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing site-level EHS compliance programs, inspections, training, corrective actions, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, ANSI, environmental permits, hazardous waste, stormwater, wastewater, workers’ compensation, contractor controls, and site regulatory records.
• Ability to maintain accurate site environmental records and elevate permit deviations, spills, agency contacts, or compliance concerns.
• Strong communication, leadership, training, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, influencing, and operations-partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site EHS compliance with laws, permits, policies, and MBI EHS standards.
• Maintain environmental records, permit tracking, inspections, and required EHS reports.
• Coordinate required EHS training and new hire orientation.
• Develop and maintain site EHS programs and procedures.
• Lead safety committees and incident investigations; assist in corrective actions.
