Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an EHS Manager to plan, direct, and implement the organization’s safety program. The role ensures a safe, healthy, and accident-free environment across operations, working through supervisors as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–8 years of EHS experience, with knowledge of OSHA regulations and incident investigation. Some travel and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in EHS management.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement safety policies in compliance with OSHA rules.
• Train managers and employees in worksite safety and chemical handling.
• Lead accident investigations and prepare reports for regulatory agencies.
• Oversee workers' compensation program and liaise with insurance carrier.
• Maintain safety records and prepare safety exhibits for events.
