Job summary

MBCEA, limited is seeking a Safety Manager to develop, coordinate, and execute company-wide safety programs for projects, ensuring the safety of employees, subcontractors, vendors, and the public.

You will lead training, conduct hazard assessments, incident investigations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a culture of proactive safety and accountability across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety laws and regulations.
• Proficient with safety training and incident reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and enforce safety programs for company-wide and project-specific needs.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses to drive corrective actions.
• Conduct hazard assessments and site inspections; implement preventive measures.
• Deliver employee safety training and ensure ongoing compliance across sites.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability with clients and staff.
