Job summary

Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. seeks a Senior Safety and Compliance Manager to lead and advance our environmental health and safety programs at the CDC Atlanta Campus. You will drive regulatory compliance, foster a culture of safety, and guide a geographically diverse team of 250 facilities personnel.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of occupational safety regulations, and a track record of continuous safety improvements across construction and industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of safety experience in construction, industrial, or a related field.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and enhance the company's Safety Manual and Safety Program
• Conduct routine and targeted safety audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
• Draft detailed inspection reports to document findings and corrective actions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety and compliance documentation and records
• Oversee, schedule, monitor and track CDC-mandated vaccinations as applicable
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and industry safety regulations
• Incident root cause analysis and corrective management
• Perform all other duties assigned
