Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking an EHS Associate to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of environmental, health, and safety programs across the site.

You will work with site leadership to reduce risk, improve safety culture, and drive continuous improvement through audits, training, and data analysis. This role emphasizes OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance and the integration of safety into daily operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS or safety-related experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct audits, training, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or EHS management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local safety regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Support incident investigations and perform root cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training and promote employee awareness programs.
• Maintain EHS documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Partner with operations and leadership to integrate safety into daily processes.
