Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Safety Team Lead to develop, implement, and audit safety policies across multiple locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a strong safety culture. The role partners with field and project teams to mentor staff, manage workload, and drive safety initiatives while coordinating trainings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Safety/Engineering or related field, 8+ years in construction/safety, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction, maintenance, safety, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety projects and resource planning with field and project partners.
• Mentor and train safety staff; review team members' work for quality and accuracy.
• Develop and communicate site-specific safety plans; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
