Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems seeks a Safety Manager to cultivate a robust safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across all operations. The role focuses on risk assessment, program development, audits, and incident response to protect employees and clients on multiple sites.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in construction safety, CHST or CSP certification, and strong leadership skills to coach field teams and collaborate with management and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in construction, maintenance, safety, or operations.
• Minimum 5 years of Safety management experience.
• CHST or CSP certification required; SMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety staff toward proactive safety culture and injury prevention.
• Recruit and retain safety professionals while ensuring quality control.
• Plan and manage schedules and workload for field staff.
• Perform job site hazard analyses and recommend controls.
• Oversee safety inspections and audits; ensure accurate records.
• Develop site-specific safety plans per customer requirements.
