Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in construction, maintenance, safety, or operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and audit safety policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead in-person or virtual training sessions for field leaders on safety protocols and hazard identification.
• Coordinate with risk management, research incidents, and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare site-specific safety plans and ensure adherence to customer requirements.
• Manage safety inspections and audits and maintain proper safety records.
