Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems, located in Pasadena, CA, seeks a Safety Professional II to help develop, implement and audit safety policies and programs across sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture. You will deliver training, manage incidents, conduct investigations, prepare site safety plans, perform audits, and liaise with field teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Requires 4–5 years in safety/operations, a Bachelor’s in OSH or related field, CHST certification; OHST/ASP

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in construction, maintenance, safety, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in OSH or related field, or equivalent experience.
• CHST certification required.
• OHST or ASP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate safety training in person, virtually, or via e-learning.
• Lead incident management, investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Develop and communicate site-specific safety plans.
• Perform safety inspections, audits, and hazard analyses.
• Advise field teams, management, and customers on safety.
• Maintain safety records and ensure regulatory compliance.
