Job summary
Leidos is seeking a Senior SAFe Coach/ASP C for the INTEL SECTOR—Cyber & Analytics. You will synchronize three ARTs, lead PI Planning, and deliver SAFe training to leaders and teams while mentoring stakeholders. Advanced SAFe certification is required with hands-on multi-ART experience.
The role emphasizes DevSecOps integration, LACE leadership, and ongoing maturity assessments within a demanding national-security context.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years relevant work experience.
- SAFe SPC/ASPC certification required (ASPC within 3 months).
- Experience as STE/RTE/Release Manager on large-scale programs; or Scrum Master experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate three ARTs and enforce SAFe principles across the program.
- Lead and optimize PI Planning events with vision, backlogs, and PI objectives.
- Deliver SAFe training to leaders and teams and enable certification readiness.
- Mentor stakeholders on SAFe milestones mapped to program requirements.
- Guide DevSecOps integration and reduce technical debt in sustainment workflows.
- Lead Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) to drive organizational maturity.
- Implement SAFe flow metrics and drive continuous improvement.
