Job summary
A leading technology firm is seeking a Senior SAFe Agile Coach to lead the sustainment of a large-scale Agile Release Train software program. The role includes orchestrating multi-ART synchronization, facilitating PI Planning events, and delivering SAFe training. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, and advanced SAFe certification. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira is essential. A strong communication skill set and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also important. Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant work experience in software delivery.
- At least 5 years experience as an STE, RTE, or Release Manager.
- Recent experience teaching SAFe courses.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-ART synchronization and manage complex inter-train dependencies.
- Facilitate and improve PI Planning events across multiple ARTs.
- Guide the integration of automated testing and DevSecOps.
